Monologue

Character: Harry James Potter

Scene I
Hello my name is Harry Potter. I am from England. I have black hair, glasses, and a lightning bolt scar on my forehead.

Scene II
I attend Hogwarts School of witchcraft and wizardry. I love Hogwarts!! Hogwarts is a huge castle next to a lake; you can only get there by train. There is also a Quidditch pitch where I practiced Quidditch. I don’t know how you’re going to take this, but I have something really important to tell you. I was the youngest seeker ever to be on a house team.

Monologue

J'observe le jardin sur lequel je règne et les environs: des champs, des maisons. Du haut bout de mes branches je peux voir très loin. La balançoire se balance doucement au gré du vent, le hamac, plus lourd, ne bouge presque pas.
La jeune fille qui vit à côté et qui m'a donné ce nom, Auguste, s'approche, grimpe habilement à mes branches et s'installe dans son coin habituel, un croisement entre deux branches et mon tronc. Elle reste là un long moment, elle s'est sans doute endormie.
